Roadblocks

Roadblocks is a clean, logic-driven sliding puzzle game in the tradition of Unblock Me and Rush Hour. A car is stuck at one end of a grid, blocked by a maze of other vehicles and obstacles. Your job is to slide those blockers out of the way — in the direction they face — to clear a path and let the car escape to the exit.

Each piece can only slide along its own axis — horizontally placed vehicles move left and right, vertical ones move up and down. No piece can pass through another. You must think ahead, identifying chain moves where shifting one piece unlocks a sequence of subsequent moves that eventually frees the target car.

Roadblocks is satisfying because the solution is always achievable through logic alone, never luck. Experienced players learn to scan for "key" blockers — the pieces whose removal immediately opens a path — and trace those pieces' dependencies backward to find the optimal move order.
